Handy to Have Nearby When We Call

None of this is required, but each answer helps us picture the problem before anyone comes out.

What you’ve seen and exactly where: the kitchen drawer, behind the stove, the bedroom, the eave over the back door.
When it started, and whether it’s getting worse, staying the same or coming and going.
Anything you’ve already tried, like store-bought sprays, traps or foggers, and what happened after.
Parking and access: a side door, a locked basement, a shared hallway in a flat or apartment building.
Pets in the home, and anyone with allergies, asthma or other health concerns we should plan around.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request comes straight to us. We’ll get in touch by the way you picked, phone or email, to ask a few questions and find a time that works for you.

If anything is urgent, like wasps going in and out right by a door someone uses every day, it’s quickest to call us.

Do I need to know which pest I have?

No. “Not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer. Describe what you’ve noticed and where, and we’ll sort out the likely cause together. You can also compare signs on our signs and symptoms page.

Will you give me an estimate before any work starts?

Yes. We walk the property first and give you the estimate in writing before any work starts.

Which areas do you cover?

We work in Detroit, Dearborn and Hamtramck, in houses, flats, duplexes, apartment buildings and small storefronts. If you’re just outside those towns, call and ask.
