We respect your right to opt out

California law, and the law of a number of other states, lets residents refuse, by opting out, the sale or sharing of their personal information. Every state applies its own definitions of those two words.

One email or call is enough

Send an email to contact@bethunepestservices.com with the subject “Opt-out request” or call (313) 351-0267 and ask for the same thing. Give us your name together with the number or email you used to reach us, so that we can locate your records. You don’t need an account, and it costs nothing.

We confirm your request

We acknowledge each opt-out request and act on it in the time frame set by law, asking for nothing beyond what is needed to match the request to your records.

Someone can ask on your behalf

Requests from authorized agents are accepted when the agent holds a signed authorization from the person.

Your browser’s signal counts too

Turning on Global Privacy Control in a browser that supports it is another way to opt out. Where the law calls for it, we read that signal as your request to opt out for that browser.

We treat you the same

Nothing about the job changes when you opt out: not the price, and not the service.
